What is Hapivity, and how was it developed?
Hapivity is a gamified continuous team-building platform developed in-house by Beuniq. It was engineered to solve the disconnect of traditional one-off team events by transforming everyday movement into shared weekly missions.
How many participants are required to launch a programme?
A standard Hapivity adventure requires a minimum of 20 participants. Players are automatically distributed into balanced squads of 5 to 6 colleagues, reshuffled weekly.
Can hybrid, remote, or international employees participate?
Yes, 100%! Employees contribute from any location or timezone because activity is automatically recorded via their smartphone health apps and synced to the company's shared mission map.
Which health services and devices are supported?
Hapivity integrates natively with Apple Health (Apple Watch, iPhone) and Google Health Connect (Android devices, Samsung Health, Garmin, Fitbit).
Can employers see individual employees' personal health or calorie data?
No. Privacy is built into our core architecture. Employers and HR managers only see aggregated team XP, mission completions, and engagement percentages — never medical or biometric data.
